It is extremely important to update your physical location for E911 services.

Be safe. Be secure. Update your address information so that if and when you are in need of help, emergency services personnel can be dispatched to the correct address to render aid. Providing a geographic address ensures that emergency services are dispatched to you with as little delay as possible.

Please check your account to be sure the address information we have on file is correct. If it is incorrect or not on file, please enter your current address information. Remember - P.O. Boxes are not valid E911 addresses - please be sure to enter a Street Number and Name.

If you move be sure to update your account information with your new address.

Follow these steps below:

Hands on VRS (Purple Number)
1. Go to www.hovrs.com
2. Login with your username and password.
3. Click on ‘Edit in the ‘My Info’ box next to your name.
4. Enter your street address and then click the ‘Update’ button. Do not enter a P.O. Box. *You will receive a confirmation email with your E911 address change.
I711 Call Me Number
1. Go to www.i711.com
2. Sign in with your e-mail address and password
3. Click “Sign In”
4. Click “myi711” (top of home page)
5. Update all personal information including name and address. Make sure your address is a street address not a P.O. Box
6. Be sure to check the E911 address validation box
7. Click “Save”

My IP Relay Number
1. Go to www.ip-relay.com
2. Sign in with your My IP Relay Local Number and Password
3. Click “Submit Query”
4. Click “My Profiles” (top of home page)
5. Update all personal information including name and address. Make sure your address is a street address not a P.O. Box
6. Be sure to check off the E911 address validation box
7. Click “Save”
