Hello Purple Represetatives,


I currently have a new Droid Bionic with Anroid Opearting System. I just installed a P3 application on it and it did work at all time. I successfully called my deaf co-worker from smartphone to videophone. However, they cannot see me on the black screen while I can see them at the same time. 


The deaf co-worker has other new smartphone, Droid Razar, and succesfully called me from phone to PC. However he did the same thing as well as me.


Please report this iusse to your system development team to get work on software that works with these phones or newer.

Yes, you are correct that Purple has not support these devices yet. Highly suggested you to call Customer Care and report it. I do not think that this forum will help to report the development team. Customer Care is the only thing that can report to development team to get work on it.

I have Driod Bionic.. I am still waiting for fixing P3 (like update) for my Driod Bionic since last Spring time 2011. can u fix it asap..  thanks :) :)

Hello to Bionic users--P3 now works on Bionics!  To be sure, go ahead and update P3 via Play Store. Option B--Uninstall P3 then reinstall P3 from Play Store.  I tested it last week and was able to talk to another P3 user last night.  Go ahead and test it from your Bionic phone.  I will still test it more and more at home and work.  No, I dont work for Purple.  I am just a loyal customer!  Thanks to Purple!
