Please tell me how can I fix this problem. I login on my iPad2 which worked fine. When I called a Purple Tech Support twice, I was able to see him on the relay but he cannot see me. I am not sure why this happened.
I have an iPad2. My iPad2's (General menu) version is 5.1.1 (9B206). I use my sister's older iMac G4 computer with no web-camera and a NETGEAR wireless N300 WNR2000. I'm on a two-weeks vacation now. I visit her once a year.
She has an old Intego NetBarrier X5 software, and I tested it both ways - "No Restriction" and "Client, local server". Nothing is improved. It's strange that I can see him, but he can't see me.
