P3 will not load. Cant call tech support because cant load P3 Options

Right click little icon in systray, click "Open" NOTHING. Pls don't tell me "call tech support" -- I can't call anything. Can't submit support request this website because it keep saying it have to have "Category" but there is no box of choosing category. I did try guess, but nothing. Very frustrated. Need to call and receive calls. Have 3 purple mails, can't return calls.

I just press Crtl (Control) & Shift + Esc, it will show "Task manager" You should be able to see a tab, "Processes." Click that and it will show a list of programs that is still running on your computer. You should be able to see "pthree.exe" then click to it and end process. After that open P3 icon again, it usually works on my HP laptop.
