Sorenson has 8 VRS call centers in Canada - or at least 8 that are hiring interpreters. You can find a list at their website if you can find the interpreters needed page. And their impact on interpreter availability for other than VRS here is devastating!

You are asking us what to do about the VRS' issues ?? We are the customers of VRS and it is not our issues on call fraud.. It's your responsibility!

For international calls, it must be starting or ending at the US!! That's the ruling.

For interpreters from home, it is VRS' decisions Everything are transparency and we never knew. Now you are trying to shake the ruffles.

Kelby Brick,
Congratulation on your job, working for Purple. We met at Gallaudet University, you never contacted me when I needed your feedback for my project, "What we do for the NAD and what can NAD do for us". I hope you will educate Tim Rarus and your employees not to badmouth about other VRS. All VRS made mistakes but I think all VRS should respect eachother. Deaf against Deaf keeps growing that's sad!

Sorenson on both counts: Sorenson refused to allow KCMG (sp?) auditors access to their books and they have three VRS call centers in Canada.

After watching the first vlog, I've 2 questions: 1) Did other providers refuse to cooperate with audits, and if so, who? 2) For the FCC to to ban international VRS call centers, there must have been at least one. Whose call center was it, and where?
