I also feel that they are using fraud as excuse to hurt deaf rights. They need to move forward fast and keep fraud enforcement separate from protecting deaf rights from having same access as hearing people. Forcing providers not to process legit calls is so unethical and discriminatory! They don't prevent hearing calls just because few do illegal things. I’m glad to read this.
