The summary covers several different issues of interest to many stakeholders. including 1) Toll Free Numbers, 2) VRS Reform, and 3) Blocked VRS Calls. The views in the summary represents a number of national advocacy organizations including NAD, TDI, DHHCAN, CCASDHH, HLAA and AADB.

I’m glad to read this. I feel that the FCC is trying to buy time and avoid dealing with issues. I also feel that they are using fraud as excuse to hurt deaf rights. They need to move forward fast and keep fraud enforcement separate from protecting deaf rights from having same access as hearing people. Forcing providers not to process legit calls is so unethical and discriminatory! They don’t prevent hearing calls just because few do illegal things.
