Awesome! I look forward to seeing what Purple has to share.
Good seeing you here, Kelby! When did you start shaving you head??
If individuals or entities invest in Purple they may be compelled to rack up minutes and make it look legitimate even without participating in conference calls and so forth. I’m very curious as to how the FCC will deal with publicly traded companies especially that investors can contribute to profits and not paying a red cent for service unless Purple empowers deaf people by making them purchase the videophone and ancillary devices. I kept an eye on GoAmerica / Purple’s stock since GoAmerica first went public about 10 years ago. Given the increasing scrutiny by FCC I wish all at Purple best of luck.
And as for text relay its not limited to mobile devices as you may have implied by habit using ASL
Welcome Kelby Brick to the Deaf blog/vlogsphere! I always enjoy your presence whenever I bump into you.
FYI, your video enclosure seems not working smoothly. I am currently using the Apple Mac to view your vlog posting.
Look forward to your other vlog postings, Kelby!

Kelby,
I’m hearing good thing about Purple in terms of leading the industry collaboratively to new standards in compliance. What can you share about that?
(p.s. video displayed clearly on my pc)
Thank you for captioning your video. AS for an idea on what to blog/vlog…how about explaining why you call yourselves Purple?? The name itself doesn’t tell me what the company does.
Thanks all for your comments. Briefly:
Pete: Not that its related to Purple Communications but I started having repeated lawn mower errors on my head two years ago.
Deaf.anonymous: Intriguing comments. Thanks for sharing.
RLM: I use a Mac–and have no problems. I’ve asked someone internally to follow up…
Angela: Thanks for asking! Please see http://www.purple.us/blog/2009/08/industry-compliance/
Jamie: You’re welcome! As for Purple–good idea! I’ll make a note of that for a future post!
Keep those comments coming, folks. We do monitor those comments and use those comments to shape our future posts.
