Good letter! Please do keep consumers posted on what happens and if other providers accept your invitation to work together.

I’ve longed for a truly independent group with different sections covering different provisions of relay services such as VRS, IP, CTS, STS and so on. VRSCA and any entity formed by Purple or a coalition of certified providers. I’m particularly referring to remaining certified entities surviving after the lengthy investigations on both certified and non-certified providers are completed. I’m sure will take a long time. What’s needed is a brand new and truly independent council. Already a preponderance of relay groups needs to be eliminated in order to prevent confusion but in return the most active persons can be transferred to the new council. Interested individuals should be subjected to interviews and background checks in order to serve on the council. No more conflict of interest, no more nepotism and no more Greek games. TIme to get tough stamping out relay fraud which I know is widespread.
